Provides guidance to the support team resolving appropriate issues within the centre.
Reports to the Senior Team.
- Greets patients as appropriate
- Remains aware of the support team rota on a daily basis
- Welcomes new members of the support team
- Co-ordinates the support team where necessary
- Escalates issues to the Senior Team as appropriate
- Encourages social distancing in line with policies and procedures
- Follows all centre policies and procedures
- Any other duties as required
